It all starts with plastic bottles…

Disposable bottles, recycled clothing and padding are the main sources of materials to reconstruct textile fibers which will then be spun and woven to make our canvas.

We have chosen this path to reduce the impact of our work on the environment.

And we will never go back!

The process

While the artificial intelligence designs for us, we prepare the fabric to receive its work.

To improve stability on very large creations and to make the canvas resistant to external agents, dust and stains, a layer is set up over the colors, enhancing it and making it more vivid and brilliant.

From creating the masterpiece in the size you want, through drying, retouching and finishing, to the day it leaves our factory to reach you, the entire process can take several days.

The email you receive when you finalize the order includes delivery times which may vary depending on all these factors.

It’s not a job that needs to be done quickly: it simply needs to be done well

Wooden frames

Our back frames are made of fir wood, all shaped and cut to size for the work you wish to receive.
Fir wood is 100% recyclable and we don’t use glues or additives, simply pure wood.

Furthermore, we prefer to use recycled wood, such as pallet wood.

This means that sometimes it takes a few more days to get material, process it and cut it to your size.

Together with the frame in size, we will send you all the bits to fix the frame, the artwork to the frame and all together to the wall.

The thickness of the rear wooden frame is 2 centimeters and each side of the frame is approximately 4 centimeters smaller than the work it must contain. So the side edge is painted like the rest of the work, this also helps you to fold and fix only the white part on the back

You can option in the order if to receive frame or not: our works are suitable for different purposes too, can be used to create a frescoed ceiling or wall: paint the ceiling or wall with diluted vinyl glue so you have time to reposition the work before the glue dries.

Delivery

If we find a cheaper and less polluting method to send a long, narrow package to your home, we will use it. For the moment we are conditioned by the cost of transport via traditional couriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL). With our production process we have done our part to lower our impact on the environment
